The car svayeboyny self - propelled "ORTECO VTR BASIC" is car of an elementary grade and some kind of "school desk" for entry into business on installation of a road protection. This car has the engine capacity of 21,3 kW and force of blow of 830 J, but at the same time it weighs 2 350 kg.
